1. Agreement to these Terms

Dispensory is operated by Agape Goods, LLC, doing business as Dispensory. dispensory.com ("Dispensory") is operated by Agape Goods, LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us" or "our").

By accessing or using Dispensory, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies the site uses.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and age requirements

Dispensory is intended only for adults age 21 and older. To use the site, you must be at least 21 years old and meet any additional legal eligibility requirements that apply to cannabis products or services where you live.

You are responsible for determining whether accessing cannabis-related information, or obtaining cannabis products, is lawful in your jurisdiction. Dispensory does not verify whether you are eligible to obtain cannabis; dispensaries handle their own age and eligibility checks.

3. What Dispensory is

Dispensory is an informational discovery, directory and deal-aggregation platform. The site may provide information about:

  • Dispensaries
  • Cannabis deals and promotions
  • Products and brands
  • Retailer information
  • Deal indexes
  • Guides and articles
  • Educational and editorial content
  • Links to third-party websites

Dispensory is not a dispensary. Dispensory does not:

  • Sell cannabis
  • Manufacture cannabis
  • Distribute cannabis
  • Deliver cannabis
  • Accept or fulfill cannabis orders
  • Process payments for cannabis transactions
  • Take possession of cannabis products
  • Act as the seller of cannabis products

Any transaction happens directly between you and an independent third-party business.

4. No endorsement or agency relationship

Listing a dispensary, brand, product, deal or third-party service on Dispensory does not necessarily mean we endorse it. Dispensaries and other businesses shown on Dispensory are independent third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing on the site creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency or franchise relationship between Dispensory and any listed business.

5. Deals, prices and listing accuracy

Deal and listing information may come from dispensaries, brands, publicly available information, third-party websites or platforms, business submissions and other sources. It may change or end without notice.

Dispensory does not guarantee:

  • Deal availability
  • Product availability or inventory
  • Pricing or discount amounts
  • Promotion eligibility
  • Expiration dates
  • Product descriptions
  • Store hours or business information
  • Taxes or fees
  • Medical or recreational eligibility
  • First-time-customer eligibility
  • Geographic eligibility

Please verify important information directly with the dispensary or business before traveling, visiting or relying on an offer. If information on Dispensory differs from what the dispensary provides, the dispensary's current terms apply to your transaction.

6. Third-party transactions

Dispensory is not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party business. Payments, refunds, returns, delivery, pickup, product complaints, product quality, customer service and regulatory issues are between you and that business.

Dispensory is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, legality, safety or performance of third-party products or services.

7. Third-party links

Dispensory links to third-party websites, including dispensaries, retailers, brands, marketplaces and partners. We don't control those websites, which have their own terms, privacy policies, cookie practices, product information and business practices. You use third-party websites at your own discretion.

8. Affiliate links and compensation

Some links on Dispensory may be affiliate links. Not every external link is an affiliate link. When you follow an affiliate link, we may receive a commission or other compensation if you click it or complete a qualifying action. Affiliate relationships may include brands, merchants, affiliate networks and other partners.

Affiliate compensation generally does not increase the price you pay unless otherwise stated. Individual pages may include additional affiliate disclosures where appropriate.

Editorial decisions and the inclusion of listings are not necessarily based on affiliate relationships.

9. Sponsored and featured listings

Dispensory may offer sponsored listings, featured placements, promoted deals, advertising and paid partnerships. Where appropriate, paid placements may be identified with labels such as "Sponsored," "Featured," "Promoted" or "Ad."

10. No medical advice

Information on Dispensory, including brand facts, articles and the Deal Index, is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on Dispensory is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, prescription advice or other professional healthcare advice.

Cannabis affects people differently and may carry health risks. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions or cannabis use.

11. No legal advice

Cannabis laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. Information on Dispensory is not legal advice. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.

12. Your submissions

You may submit content such as deals, dispensary listings, business information, listing claims, corrections, messages, images, logos and other material. When you submit content, you confirm that:

  • It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • You have the right to submit it
  • It does not violate anyone else's rights
  • It is not fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Agape Goods, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, modify for presentation, display and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate and promote Dispensory.

We may approve, reject, edit, correct, reformat or remove submissions at our discretion.

13. Claiming business pages

If you claim a dispensary, brand or other business page, you must be authorized to represent that business. We may request verification, and submitting a claim does not guarantee approval.

Where reasonably necessary, we may reject or revoke claims, request additional verification and correct listing information.

14. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Interfere with the operation of the site
  • Attempt unauthorized access or circumvent security measures
  • Introduce malware or other harmful code
  • Abuse our APIs or infrastructure
  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person or business, or submit unauthorized business claims
  • Use automated systems in a way that materially burdens or disrupts the site
  • Scrape or harvest personal information
  • Use Dispensory data to create misleading or unlawful services
  • Reverse engineer protected site functionality where prohibited by law
  • Violate applicable laws

These restrictions do not prohibit legitimate search engines from crawling and indexing the site in the ordinary course.

15. Intellectual property

Agape Goods, LLC owns or licenses the original elements of Dispensory, including, as applicable, the site design, original written content, software, branding, graphics, original databases and compilations, the selection, organization and presentation of information, and the original presentation and compilation elements of the Deal Index. You may cite and link to our content with attribution.

We do not claim ownership of underlying facts provided by third parties. Third-party trademarks, logos, product names, business names and product images remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Dispensory does not necessarily imply endorsement or affiliation.

16. Copyright and intellectual-property concerns

If you believe content on Dispensory infringes your rights, email hello@dispensory.com with:

  • The protected work
  • The material you believe infringes it
  • Where it appears on Dispensory
  • Your contact information
  • The basis for your complaint

We may remove or restrict disputed content while we review a legitimate complaint.

17. Privacy

Your use of Dispensory is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

18. Site availability

We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The site may be modified, updated, suspended, unavailable or discontinued from time to time, and features and content may change without notice.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dispensory and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, availability, completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agape Goods, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, Dispensory
  • Reliance on deal or listing information
  • Expired or inaccurate deals
  • Third-party products, services or websites
  • Transactions with dispensaries
  • User submissions

This does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agape Goods, LLC and its officers, employees and agents from claims arising from your unlawful use of Dispensory, your submissions, your violation of these Terms or your violation of third-party rights.

22. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to Dispensory for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security threats or unlawful activity. You may stop using the site at any time.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date when material changes are published. Where permitted by law, continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively where that is prohibited.

24. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect to the extent permitted by law.

26. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies they incorporate, are the agreement between you and us about your use of Dispensory, subject to any separate written agreement that applies to a particular service.
